Our services
What services do we offer?
Once a month we will visit and inspect your property, be it a house, a caravan or a boat.
The inspection that we carry out will be done according to the points that we have decided upon previously with you.
We draw up a custom-made inspection list in close corporation with you, where you may specify your wishes and those items that need special attention paid to.
After each visit we will send to you a detailed report by electronic mail, accompanied by one or more photos or videos, our observations and, if necessary, with suggestions and proposals.
We also collect the post in your mailbox and, if you wish, send it to your contact address.
When we visit your property and find a situation that can be regarded as an urgent matter that requires immediate action, we will contact you at once so that the best course of action can be decided upon.
For these routine inspections, we offer a system based on basic rates (excl. VAT), without any extra costs.
We work in the area of 100 km around Barcelona, in the semicircle that starts in the city of Gerona to the north around to the city of Tarragona to the south.
Exceptions are possible but they will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Additional services and reduced hourly rates:

Additional inspections of your property. For those clients with an subscription (for 6 or 12 inspections) this service will be offered at a reduced rate. Our normal hourly rates is 27.50 Euro.
In case your require other services, we can put you in contact with the specialists that you require (electrician, builder, gardener, etc.)
Preparing your house for your or for your guests´ arrival (for example, services of cleaning, garden, swimming pool, etc.) which allows you to start off your stay in an easier and more relaxed way.
During your absence, we can supervise for the progress of your house reforms, the construction of your swimming pool or the garden maintenance for you.
When you are offering your house for rent, you can also contract us to perform the intermediary services between you and the tenent: check-in or checkout, delivering and recovering of the keys, holding your keys until the next clients arrive for their check-in: all those type of things that are necessary so the rental goes smoothly.
We work most discreetly and carefully and, most of all, we are flexible. Therefore, if you require a service not already mentioned in the list above we invite you to express your wishes, many things are possible.
As we are a mixed Dutch and Catalan couple, our original client market is Dutch and you carry oot your business with us in these languages without any problem. However we also speak Spanish, English and German and
welcome any international client.
