Where it is and what´s it like
In a quiet, stylish holiday residence and in a particularly beautiful part of the Costa Brava, you can find this apartment.
The apartment block is situated next to the large, common pool and only a few kilometres away, you can find some beautiful bays with beautiful beaches. The centre of the charming village of Calella is not far.
From the apartment, comfortably situated on the ground floor, you have an excellent view over the pool, the garden and the sea.
It is simply an ideal apartment for families with 2 children.

The apartment is equipped with the following:
* In all, there are 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms with the following possibilities to sleep: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (1).
* 1 bathroom with a toilet, tub / shower and bidet.
* Living room / dining room with television, sitting area and dining table and chairs.
* Separate kitchen, coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer combination.
* There is a washing machine present in the apartment.
* Covered terrace, directly accessible from the living room.
* Own private parking space for your car.
(1) Please note the following: The dimensions of the beds in Spain are smaller than for example in the northern part of Europe.
The dimensions of the beds in this apartment are the following: 190x150 (double bed), and 80x190 (single beds).
Rates and availability
As from 2009 it is not possible anymore to rent the apartment.
