Where it is and what´s it like

In the middle of the village of Palafrugell, situated in a particularly beautiful part of the Costa Brava, you can find this completely new apartment.
The apartment, with an area of about 65m ², is located on the second, also top floor of a modern but small block of apartments. It has a large private terrace on the roof of the building and an indoor parking garage. To the block of apartments belongs a private swimmingpool.
From the apartment it is not only a short walk to the village centre but it also only a few kilometers away from some beautiful bays with fine beaches.
It is an ideal apartment for people, with a maximum of 4 persons, who want a comfortable base to explore the Costa Brava with towns like Figueres, Pals, Girona and Begur.

Currently some final adjustments are being done to the interior. By early May 2008 the apartment will be ready for rental periods.

The apartment includes:

* 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds (1).
* 1 bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, tub and toilet.
* Lounge with a television (with limited satellite reception), sitting area with two sofas, DVD player, hi-fi set and a dining table with four chairs.
* A separate, modern kitchen with microwave, gas stove, oven and refrigerator / freezer and a washing machine.
* From the living room and bedroom slide doors provide instant access to a narrow balcony.
* Above the apartment is a large, private roof terrace, equal to the total area (65m ²) of the apartment. A table, chairs and umbrella are present as well as a water tap and power supply.
* To the apartment belongs a private parking place in the underground car park, accessible by elevator from inside and with a comfortable remote control from the street.
* Use of the common pool: an outdoor pool that is located next to the complex.

(1) Please note the following: The dimensions of the beds in Spain are smaller than for example in the northern part of Europe.
The dimensions of the beds in this apartment are the following: 180x150 (double bed), and 80x190 (single beds).

Rates and availability

You can rent the apartment by week.
The amount of the rent is not only seasonal but is also determined by the length of your stay.
Would you, for example, rent the apartment for more than a week then you would receive a discount of 5% of the normal price for the first week and for the second week and for each additional rental week a discount of 10%.
