Not far from the beautiful city of Girona and next to the sea, in the peaceful and countryside setting of Sa Punta (Platja de Pals, Costa Brava), we have this comfortable apartment with a nice view for rent.
The apartment is located on the first floor and in the second line of houses inside a holiday residence complex, situated in a small but nice and tastefully designed area.
The residence has its own swimming pool and within a few minutes walking you are on the nice, sandy beach of Platja de Pals.
Close to the beach area are several shops for your daily needs and some restaurants.
Start your explorations along the Costa Brava from here or simply use it to enjoy your relaxing stay.

Facilities

Facilities of the apartment:

* 3 rooms, inclusive 2 bedrooms with the following possibilities to sleep: 1 double bed and another bedroom with a bunkbed (1).
* 1 bathroom with shower, bath and bidet.
* Living room/dining-room with television, corner with dinner table and - chairs.
* American style kitchen with stove plate (electric), microwave, dishwasher, cool/freezing combination.
* A washing machine is available.
* Tterrace, directly accessible from the living room through the sliding doors, equipped with table and 4 seats.
* Own, private parking for your car.

(1) Please consider the following: the sizes of the beds in Spain are smaller than the ones in Northern Europe. The sizes of the beds in this apartment are the following: 190x150 and 80x190 (2x).

Prices and availability

You can rent the apartment by week. In addition, the height of the rent is not only subject to seasonal influences but also to the length of your stay. If you would rent for example the apartment for more than one week, you would pay for the first week the standard price and for the second week you would receive a discount of 5%. For every week following, we would grant you a discount of 10%.

The setting, there are many possibilities in this area to play golf, and the apartment are very suitable to spend a marvellous time in spring or autumn. If you would be interested in a longer stay (month or more) the prices of course are subject to change. Please do not hesitate to contact us to inquire after the possibilities.

* Arrival/departure day is during the month of August only possible on saturdays.
