Location and apartment

In the heart of Barcelona, in the pleasant district of San Antoni, we have this charming and very comfortable apartment for rent.
It has been completely renovated in 2009 with much effort and with respect to maintain the characteristics of the flat, an example of the original architecture of many houses in this area.
The large French doors that provide access to a small, cosy balcony and the high ceilings, combined with the materials and colours that have been used, support the warm atmosphere the accommodation already provides at first glance.
The apartment comes with all kind of accessories to guarantee a pleasant stay; there are 4 places to sleep and with a total area of 60 square meters, one can really feel free to move around.
For the comfort of the guests, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Due to its location, all the places of interest Barcelona has to offer are easily accessible: two subway stations of two different lines are nearby and the Ramblas and the Old Town are not far away.
In the direct vicinity are small shops such as bakeries and pubs and the famous market of San Antoni.

The apartment includes:

* Living room with modern flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player, sitting area / double sofa bed (suitable for 2 people) and a dining table with four chairs.
* Separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and cupboards.
The door of the living room can be closed, therefore one can effectively create two separate bedrooms.
* Separate kitchen with combo-oven (including microwave), stove (electric), refrigerator / freezer combination, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. In the kitchen is an additional sitting area that can be used as a breakfast- or dining buffet table.
* Bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, washing sink and toilet.
* The apartment has a washing machine (comes with flat iron and ironing board).
* Free use of WIFI / WLAN area in the apartment.

Rates and reservations

Additional person (up to 4 people in total): EURO 10 per night, per person.
Minimum number of nights: 4 in the high season, 3 in the low season.

For special events or seasons, special rates are applied.
Special seasons and events in 2010 are:
* 3GSM Conference, 02/14/2010 - 02/19/2010: surcharge 75%
* Easter, 04/03/2010 - 04/10/2010: 20% surcharge
* Christmas / New Year's Eve, 12/24/2010 -01/02/2011: surcharge 20%

Additional information:
* Use towels and bed linen, costs of the use of water and energy as well as the use of the Internet connection are all included in the rental price.
* The contribution to final cleaning EUR 50, -.
* For a period of 7 nights or longer, there is a discount of 10% on the basic rental price.
* Long term rental is also possible at special rates, please contact us if you are interested.
