In the heart of Barcelona, in the cosy district of San Antoni, this is very comfortable apartment.
It is in excellent condition and exudes a pleasant atmosphere also because the whole floor is covered with parquet. The large doors, that give access to the balcony on the street side, and high ceilings allow the apartment to be spacious and light.
The apartment comes fully equipped, including heating and air conditioning, and there is place to sleep for up to 7 people.
Like the other apartments in this building it is, due to its location, an ideal place to start exploring Barcelona from here because is it so close to the historci city centre and because of the convenient proximity of two underground stations of two different lines.
In the immediate vicinity are facilities such as bakeries, small local shops and the famous market of San Antoni.

The apartment includes the following:

* Living room equipped with modern flat screen TV with DVD player and radio reception, sitting area, sofa bed (suitable for 2 people), and a dining table with four chairs (extra chairs available).
* Separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cupboard.
* Other bedroom, equipped with one double and one single bed.
* Separate kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, a refrigerator / freezer and a coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
* Bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin, bidet and a toilet.
* Wwashing machine (also iron and ironing board available).
* In the living room and master bedroom have air conditioning.
* The apartment has central heating.
* Free use WIFI zone for your Internet connection.

Rates and reservations

Additional person (up to 7 people in total): EURO 10 per night, per person.
Minimum number of nights: 4 in the high season, 3 in the low season.

For special events or seasons, special rates are applied.
Special seasons and events in 2010 are:
* 3GSM Conference, 02/14/2010 - 02/19/2010: surcharge 75%
* Easter, 04/03/2010 - 04/10/2010: 20% surcharge
* Christmas / New Year's Eve, 12/24/2010 -01/02/2011: surcharge 20%

Additional information:
* Use towels and bed linen, costs of the use of water and energy as well as the use of the Internet connection are all included in the rental price.
* The contribution to final cleaning EUR 50, -.
* For a period of 7 nights or longer, there is a discount of 10% on the basic rental price.
