Where and how

Right next to the city centre of Barcelona, in the lively neighbourhood of San Antoni, we have this cosy, convenient and comfortable apartment for rent.
It is has been completely renovated recently but it has maintained its charming atmosphere.
The apartment is fully equipped and is re-designed with taste. There is space for up to 4 persons to sleep.
Because of its central location you can easily visit all the highlights and places of interest that Barcelona offers you. It is well connected with the public transport, two underground stations of two different lines are close by, and the famous Ramblas are just at a walking distance.
Closeby the apartment you will find all kinds of shops like bakeries and pastry shops, cafes, shops and the original market of San Antoni.

The studio is equipped with the following:
* Livingroom with TV, HiFi-set and DVD-player, Sofa bed, and dining area with a table and four chairs.
* Open, american style, kitchen with microwave, crockery/cuttlery, kitchen utensils, Electric coffee maker, electric cooker and oven, electric kettle, juicer and refridgerator.
* Bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
* Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe.
* Little outside patio, furnished with two chairs and a small table.
* WFI area throughout the whole apartment.

Rates and reservations

Every additional person (until 4 persons): EURO 10 per night.
Minimum stay: 4 nights,during low season 3 nights
Please note that there are some special conditions during special events or periods.
Special events in 2010 are:

* 01/04/2010 - 02/10/2010: 15% discount;
* 3GSM Trade fair, 02/14/2010 - 02/19/2010: surcharge 75%;
* Easter holiday, 04/03/2010 - 04/10/2010: surcharge 20%;
* Christmas holidays, 12/24/2010 - 01/02/2011: surcharge 20%;

The apartment is also available for long term rental periods: when you plan to stay for a period longer than 7 nights you can rent it for a reduced price. Please do feel free to contact us about this.


Some other things to know:
* We provide you the towels and bed linen, no extra charges.
* Cleaning charge levy on departure is EUR 40,- .
