Opposite the fabulous hospital 'San Pau' and with the Sagrada Familia close by, in this apartment one truly finds himself in the heart of Modernism.
This special and complete apartment was completely redesigned and at the end of 2007, the construction work finished.
The result is really spectacular. It unites comfort and coziness and with the sunny terrace at your disposal, you also will be able to enjoy outdoor life in the middle of the city. From this sheltered, private terrace, you can enjoy some magnificent views over the Modernist buildings and park area of the hospital, which is part of the World Heritage by UNESCO.
Just around the corner begins the Avinguda de Gaudí. Here you can stroll calmly down to the Sagrada Familia while enjoying this beautiful laidback city area with its cafes, terraces and shops.
Within 175 meters is the Metro Station San Pau Hospital that connects you well with the rest of the city of Barcelona and the main areas of interest. Located directly in the vicinity, there are small businesses such as bakeries, etc. for your daily needs.

* Washing machine for your laundry. Equipment for ironing your cloths is available;
* WIFI-area, free connection to the Internet;
* Climate control throughout the apartment;
* Lift to 4th floor, to reach the apartment it is only one floor up by stairs.

Special events in 2009 are:
* 3GSM Trade fair, 02/14/2010 - 02/19/2010: surcharge 75%
* Easter holiday, 04/03/2010 - 04/10/2010: surcharge 20%
* Christmas holidays, 12/24/2010 - 01/02/2011: surcharge 20%

The apartment is also available for long term rental periods: when you plan to stay for a period longer than 7 nights you can rent it for a reduced price. Please do feel free to contact us about this.

Some other things to know:
* We provide you with the towels and bed linen, no extra charges.
* Cleaning charge levy on departure is EUR 40,- .
