Description of location and apartment.

Try to imagine: you wake up and you already see the sun reflected in the sea. You could have one question at this very moment: Do we have breakfast first or do we go down instantly to take a swim and enjoy the wonderful transparent water?

Immediately at the seaside we have this comfortable apartment for rent with its marvellous views over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment (size 65 square meters with a balcony of nearly 11 square meters) is situated at the lively beach boulevard of LLoret de Mar (Passeig de Camprodon i Arrieta).
Well located, you will have not a single problem to discover and enjoy all possibilities of this well-known bathing resort because they can be reached so easily from this apartment.
The apartment is located in a building that is adjusted to today’s standards. The apartment is simple however very comfortable and is an ideal place start your explorations along the Costa Brava or it can simply be used to enjoy your relaxing stay close to the beach.

Equipment

The apartment is equipped with the following:
* 2 bedrooms with the following possibilities to sleep: 2 double beds. There is sufficient place for four persons.
* 2 bathrooms, a bigger one with shower, wash basin and toilet and a smaller one, also with shower, toilet and wash basin.
* Living room/dining-room with television, HIFI-set, DVD-player, corner with dinner table and 4 chairs.
* Semi-open kitchen with coffee machine, (electric) stove, microwave (grill) and fridge.
* The apartment has a washing machine.
* There is airconditioning in the livingroom and the two main bedrooms.
* The balcony, directly accessible from the living room and the bedroom at the seaside, has a large sunscreen. A table and 4 chairs are present.

During the 2009/2010 winter season, the two bathrooms and the kitchen of the apartment were completely renovated and refurbished.

* Please consider the following: the sizes of the beds in Spain are smaller than the ones in Northern Europe. The sizes of the beds in this apartment are the following: 180x130 and 180x135.

Rates and reservations.

You can rent the apartment by week. In addition, the height of the rent is not only subject to seasonal influences but also to the length of your stay. If you would rent for example the apartment for more than one week, you would pay for the first week the standard price and for the second week you would receive a discount of 5%. For every week following, we would grant you a discount of 10%.

Further information/recommendations:
* Regarding the dimensions of the beds, we provide you with the suitable bed for the whole stay (depending on the length of the stay we provide you with one or two sets).
* The costs of the final cleaning are EUR 50, -, this is obligatory.
* Lease policy: the owner prefers to lease the apartment to families.
* Lloret de Mar is a popular place where, in summer, many young people enjoy the night life. That is why some (nightly) noise sometimes cannot completely be ruled out.
* Parking: When you plan to come by your car please bear in mind that it is very difficult to park your car for free in high season. There are possibilites to park your car in a guarded parking (24/7), costs are about 45 Euros per week.
