The large apartment (80 sq.mtrs) is located in an authentic part of the city (El Clot), with really good connections with the university and city centre (2 metrolines, within 20 minutes).
Comfortly situated on the second floor, in a building that has an elevator, it has views over a small square from the living room and the master bedroom.
A lively street with shops for your daily needs is just a few steps way.

The apartment has the following:
* One masterbedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe
* Three smaller bedrooms, each with an individual bed and a wardrobe.
* Living room with a sofa, TV and a dining table for 4 persons. It also has AC. A small balcony can be accessed from here.
* Kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refridgerator and microwave.
* Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
* Extra bathroom with toilet and washbasin
* Washing machine available.
It can be an ideal place for up to 4 persons who are looking for an economical solution for their long stay in Barcelona.
Rate and availability
Indication rental price:
840 Euro + monthly utility bills like gas, water, electricity (between 95 Euros - 130 Euros ,depending on the number of persons living in the flat).
If desired we can provide you the bedcloths (pillows, sheets etc.) for the whole period of your stay for an extra one-time charge.
At the moment the apartment has no telephone connection nor access to the Internet. We are glad to be of assistance if you need this.
Availability:
The apartment will be available for rent on December 1, 2011.
